Shipping policy Nymph

We do our best to deliver your order as quickly as possible. We aim to ship orders placed on working days (Mon-Fri) before 6:00 PM the next working day. Sometimes products are out of stock, and delivery may take a little longer. You can find the current stock status on the product page. If we are unable to meet the delivery time for any reason, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Delivery options

At checkout, you can choose from two delivery options:

• Home delivery — your order will be delivered directly to your home
• Pick-up point — you pick up your package at a service point near you (available via bpost, DPD and other carriers)

Shipping costs Belgium

Shipping costs are calculated based on your order and are visible at checkout. Free shipping is available from a certain order amount.

Shipping costs abroad

For orders outside Belgium, shipping costs are calculated when finalizing your order, depending on the country and the weight of your package. Free shipping is available for orders above a certain amount per country.
